Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.- Visit retail outlets and supermarkets regularly to promote company products.- Ensure proper product placement, shelf display, and merchandising standards.- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with customers.- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.- Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.- Ensure product visibility and availability at all assigned outlets.- Prepare daily sales reports and route plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Sales and Merchandising.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of FMCG and chocolate/confectionery products will be an advantage.- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
